2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
As Kıvanç Cam, we process our employees’ personal data for the following purposes:
To carry out recruitment, personnel selection and placement processes,
To establish, implement and terminate employment contracts,
To carry out payroll, insurance, salary, leave, performance evaluation and personnel transactions,
To provide employee safety and occupational health services,
To carry out training, development, career planning and performance management activities,
To carry out corporate communication, personnel promotion and internal company organisation processes,
To ensure visitor and facility security (camera recordings, entry-exit records, etc.),
To fulfil legal obligations and meet official institution requests.
3. Categories of Personal Data Processed
The following categories of data may be processed within the scope of the employment relationship:
Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth, ID photocopy
Contact Information: Address, telephone number, email address
Financial Information: Salary, bank account details, tax and insurance data
Education and Curriculum Vitae Information: Diploma, certificate, references, work experience
Work Data: Attendance, leave, shift, performance records
Health Data: Pre-employment health report, periodic examination information (within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety)
Visual/Audio Records: Camera footage, internal company promotional materials
Vehicle, Equipment and System Records: Computer, email, security card, entry-exit logs
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with the following parties as required by law or for business purposes:
Social Security Institution (SGK), Employment Agency (İŞKUR), Tax Office, courts and other public institutions,
Financial advisors, legal advisors and occupational health and safety service providers,
Banks, meal card and private health insurance companies,
Internal company departments, business partners and suppliers.
Data transfer is carried out in a secure manner, limited to the purpose and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
5. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds for Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through:
Job application forms, CVs, identity and contract documents,
Emails, payroll systems, camera recordings, security entry logs,
Human resources forms and other written documents.
These data are processed based on the following legal grounds:
Establishing and performing the contract,
Compliance with a legal obligation,
Establishing, exercising or defending a right,
Protecting legitimate interests.
6. Retention Period for Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the duration of the employment contract and thereafter for the statutory retention periods (e.g. 10 years as required by social security and tax legislation).
At the end of this period, your personal data is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with company procedures.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
As an employee, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
To request information about this if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing the data and whether it is being used for that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data,
To request the deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions stipulated by law,
To request that these actions be communicated to third parties,
To object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of processed data by automated systems,
To claim compensation in the event of damage.

Your applications will be processed free of charge within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the KVKK.
9. Effective Date
This Information Notice shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
Kıvanç Cam reserves the right to update this notice in line with changes in legislation or internal policy.
